Golf Cart House Order Cancellation Policy

Golf Cart House strives to provide the best service and experience for our customers. Our order cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all transactions.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 Hours Customers may cancel their order.

  • After 12 Hours and the order has been processed, we can no longer cancel the order.

 

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

Credit Card Fees: If a customer cancels an order for any reason, we will issue a refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, as it is charged by the credit card company to process payments and is passed directly to the customer.

Return / Refund Policy 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If a product is returned but in used condition or the security film or tags are removed it will no longer be eligible for return. Please review and understand our return policy before making a purchase.

Return an Item

To return an item, please email customer service at info@golfcarthouse.com or call with your Order # to receive return instructions. Please fill out the paperwork with returned items. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or store credit. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If you want a refund we will charge a 20% restocking fee, this is to cover the cost of labor, and credit card fees of up to 3% is non-refundable along with shipping fees. Refunds may take one billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
